Warning
- Ensure the computer power is turned off before inserting or removing any devices.
- This device only uses the PCI-E slot for power and status detection and will not affect the motherboard or system.
Tips
- Before installation, it is recommended to use a Type-C power supply for Network Configuration v1 or Network Configuration v2. Proceed with installation only after successful network configuration.
- If the PCI-E slot loses power after shutdown, enable the relevant function in the motherboard BIOS to ensure normal operation.
About PCI-E Slots
Modern computers generally have PCI-E slots, which are categorized by speed into x1
, x4
, x8
, and x16
. This device is compatible with all PCI-E slots. Please carefully check the difference between it and PCI.
Installation Orientation
Install the device in the correct orientation as shown in the diagram. Incorrect insertion may damage the device.
Aligning the Slot
Install the device as shown in the diagram to ensure proper seating.
Connecting to Motherboard Jumpers
Warning
If you choose the PCI-E
or PCI
installation method, do not connect the POWER LED
cable.
