Ensure the computer power is turned off before plugging or unplugging any devices.
Tips
- Before installation, it is recommended to use a Type-C power supply for network configuration v1 or network configuration v2. Proceed with installation only after successful network setup.
- This device only uses the PCI slot for power supply and status detection and will not affect the motherboard or system.
- If the PCI slot has no power after shutdown, enable the relevant function in the motherboard BIOS to ensure normal operation.
- This device is currently the only one that supports PCI slots, which is particularly useful for older computers.
About PCI Slots
PCI slots are typically found in very old computers. Please carefully check the difference between PCI and PCI-E.
Installation Orientation
Install the device in the direction shown in the diagram. Incorrect orientation may damage the device.
Aligning the Slot
Install as shown in the diagram to ensure proper insertion.
Connecting to Motherboard Jumpers
Warning
For PCI-E
and PCI
installation methods, do not connect the POWER LED
cable.
